Common questions
How do I know if the screen fits my car?
Every listing page includes a compatible model list with year ranges and chassis codes. If you are unsure send us your VIN or model year on WhatsApp and we will confirm compatibility before you order.
The screen powers on but shows no image — what do I do?
This is usually a display connector or video cable issue. Download the installation guide for your model and check the connector diagrams on pages 8–12. If the issue persists send us a photo of your wiring.
Can you help with custom wiring or non-standard installations?
Yes. Send us details of what you are trying to do via WhatsApp and our engineer will advise on the best approach for your specific setup.
My existing reverse camera does not work after installation.
Reverse camera integration requires a specific wiring connection to trigger the reverse signal. Check the wiring diagram in the PDF guide — there is a dedicated section on camera hookup.
Do you offer support in other languages?
Our primary support language is English. We also handle questions in Chinese (Mandarin). WhatsApp is the fastest channel for any language.
